Reservation
For the following reasons, we recommend that you make a reservation well in advance of your preferred date.
Firstly, the closer your preferred date is, the fewer seats are left.
Secondly, it requires us time to complete your reservation.

At the latest, reservations via contact form must be arrived 3days before your preferred date.
Reservations for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow must be made by telephone.

Flight and Payment
Advance payment online is required.
1. Please send us a reservation request via contact form or telephone.
2. After receiving a reservation request either through our website or phones, we will send you an e-mail with the payment procedure form attached.
3. Please enter your credit card number, the expiring date and the security code to purchase your ticket as you follow the procedure.
Please be noted that there is a dead line for the payment, which is 48hours after you received the e-mail.
4. Your reservation is completed when you receive booking confirmation slip by e-mail.

If you don’t receive those e-mails from us, we would like you to inform us about that through e-mail or telephone.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made after completing payment will incur cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellation fees apply from the day customers complete their payment.
・Cancellations prior to the flight's departure:
  From the day of completing payment
  before 8 days or more prior to the flight date : 0%
  before 7 days and 2 days prior to the flight date : 20%
  the day before the flight date : 50%
  on the day of the flight : 100%
  Weather cancel : 0%
・Cancellations after the flight's departure:
  100% of flight fare

Reservation Change
We will charge reservation handling fee for your flight change based on customer reasons as follow.
Until four days before your boarding date: no charge
Three days before your flight : We will not accept change of your flight schedule. If you would like to change
your flight, please firstly cancel your flight and try to make a reservation again.
