Reservation
For the following reasons, we recommend that you make a reservation one week in advance of your preferred date.
Firstly, it is often no seats left on your requested date and time.
Secondly, it requires us time to complete your reservation.

At the latest, reservations via contact form must be arrived 3days before your preferred date.
Reservations for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow must be made by telephone.

Flight and Payment
Advance payment online is required.
After making a reservation through the contact form or by phone call,
we will send you an e-mail with the payment procedure form attached.
Please enter your credit card number, the expiring date and the security code to purchase your ticket as you follow the procedure.
Please be noted that there is a dead line for the payment, which is 48hours after your received the e-mail with the payment form.
Your reservation is completed when you receive booking confirmation slip by e-mail.

There will be Cancellation fee if you cancel your flight due to personal reasons.
On the day of your flight: 100%
One day before your flight: 50%
Two days before your flight: 10%
Weather cancel: 0%
