About Reservations

Q1. How can I find out about seat availability for a particular flight?

Q2. Are reservations required?

A2.
In general, all flights require advanced reservations. Please make your reservation that can be made by telephone or contact form. For the reservations in the near-term, please call us (+81)47-380-5555.

Q1. How can I get information of how much is one ride?

A1.
You may find fares by looking at courses page.
We provide special discount for below people.

Discount for the Disabled Receive 30% off regular fares
One accompanying guardian qualifies for the discount as well.

Discount for Senior Citizens Receive 20% off regular fares
※ This discount applies to people over 65.
※ Only one discount can be used per person.
※ The discount cannot be applied for some courses. Please inquire for details.

Q2. How can I pay flight fares?

A2.
We ask you to pay online using your credit card before your flight.
The online payment service is available.
After making your reservation via contact form or telephone, we will send you a procedure of credit card payment to your e-mail address. Please enter your credit card number, expire date and security code to purchase your ticket following the procedures. Please note that you have a payment dead line, it is 48 hours after receiving an e-mail of online payment. Your booking will be completed when you receive booking confirmation mail.

About Helicopter Cruising

Q1. How many people can ride in one helicopter?

A1.
It depends on the helicopter type, but the ones we use can accommodate up to 5 to 10 passengers.

Q2. When can I find out whether or not a flight will operate?

A2.
Your flight could be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Therefore you are required to check flight status before you came to our heliport on the day of your boarding.

We offer the operation information everyday,12:30pm-21:00pm.
The update is scheduled at _ _: 05 every hour in the time zone(subject to change).

Q3. How long does it take from arrival at the heliport to the end of the flight?

A3.
It depends on the flight course you choose, but in general, we ask that you come 30 minutes prior to departure time. This time includes, waiting time, and flight time, expecting to take about 90 minutes altogether.

During Flight

Q1. Are we allowed to take pictures and videos from the helicopter?

A1.
Yes, you can take pictures using cameras or digital videos/cameras unless utilizing flush functions. However as we prohibit customers carrying any electronic devices which emit radio waves when turned on, you cannot use cameras on mobile phones.

Q2. If I am late for my flight, will I be charged a cancellation fee?

A2.
Yes, if you are late and miss your flight, you will be charged 100%. Please come by check-in time.

Other Questions

Q1. I am in a wheelchair. Can I ride the helicopter?

A1.
Mostly yes, but it depends on your symptoms or circumstances. Please mention your circumstances in advance.

Q2. Are there any restrictions for riding the helicopters?

A2.
Our company has a list of conditions under which, if he/she cannot meet the condition, will not be permitted to participate in helicopter cruising.

Q3. Is there a place to eat at the heliport?

A3.
Yes, it is. We have a cafe and bar in Urayasu heliport. There are also plenty of places to eat in and around the station or the hotel nearby.

Q4. Do you offer charter flights?

A4.

Yes, we accept reservations for charter flights on most of the courses. Please ask us for more information.

Q5. Will you call a taxi for us when the flight is over?

A5.
Yes. When checking in, we will ask if you will need a taxi. If so, we will arrange for a taxi to pick you up after your flight.
