Making a Reservation

[Rules and Regulations]
・We operate in accordance to the "General Conditions of Carriage".
[Payment]
・We reserve the right to make changes to rates and courses.
・Due to fixed periods of having to operate special flights, regularly scheduled cruising may not be available.
・Prices shown include sales tax.
・Prices for children (aged 3-11) for all courses are half of adult prices.
[Reservations]
・In general, reservations are required and can be made up to 2 months in advance.
・There is no minimum number of people to make a reservation.
・Prior reservations are not required for the Petit Dream Course and the Yokohama Twilight Course.
Please call us to confirm the operation of your desired flight and come directly to the heliport
to settle payment prior to boarding.
[Flights]
・Flights accommodate between 4 to 10 passengers of mixed groups. (Besides charters)
・Children under 3 can ride free. Children rates apply to people aged 3-11.
Children under 3 do require a reservation.
Children under 3 must ride on his or her guardian’s lap.
Only one child under 3 may ride on a guardian’s lap.
[Flight Confirmation and Check-in]
・For all courses, please confirm operation on the day of your flight.
Please call the heliport of your departure.
・Please check-in 30 minutes prior to your departure time.


Bad weather and other uncontrollable circumstances may force us to change the route of a course or the departure time. As safety is our number one priority, there may be times when we have to cancel flights. Your understanding is appreciated. If this happens to you, please book a new reservation within 6 months or apply for a refund.

If making your reservation by e-mail, please include your name, your desired course, the number of people in your party, your desired time of departure, your telephone number, and your cell phone number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail in return. If you do not receive contact from us, please be aware that your reservation is neither guaranteed nor confirmed.

For those people requesting refunds, please send in proof of payment and bank account information to the Heli-Cruising receptionist. Upon receipt, we will refund your money within a week. * Regarding Cancellation Charges * After a reservation has been made and confirmed, cancellations will incur a cancellation charge as follows:
